Department of Art and Design
The Department of Art and Design was established in 2001 with the “Art and Design” as its undergraduate program. Since 2002, about 50 four-year undergraduate students have been recruited nationwide every year, both in liberal arts and science.
The training objectives of the undergraduate program of “Art and Design” are: To cultivate design and art professionals with profound cultural background, artistic cultivation and scientific spirit, forward-looking design concept, innovative spirit and practical operation ability, and competency to create various high-level designs.
